Before burning a candle to manifest your desires state what it is you want than pray and ask to receive it.
Once your candle is burning pay attention to the signs it gives you.
Reading Burning Candles
Pay attention to your candle flame.
Does it burn high or low?
When the flame burns low or is weak this indicates the power to manifest your desire is not working very well or you may have a contender for the same wish. It also indicates that manifesting will take longer and you are to continue burning candles till your desire is fulfilled or abandoned
When the flame burns very high, the candle is working to manifest your desire without any problems.
When the candle takes longer than usual to burn down, it indicates your desire is hard to manifest. There may be many obstacles. It may also be trying to give you time to reconsider your desire. I've found when this happens a person loses the desire to obtain what they lit the candle for while it slowly burns.

Pay attention to the behavior of your candle's flame
When the flame flickers there may be some doubt within you about obtaining your desire. If the flame jumps repeatedly this can indicate bursts of energy being transmitted.
It could also mean things are vacillating
When the flame crackles as the candle burns, it indicates you request is a tough one. The stronger the crackling sound, the harder it will be
Are there other signs?
If your candle keeps going out it may mean the spell should not be done. It could also mean someone has a candle burning for you and their desire is stronger. what does it mean when a candle burns high flame, but very still...doesn't flicker or anything. Also burns all the way down to the wick with no residue left but a drop of wax??

Oh my! I certainly wasn't expecting that! I read one of your other hubs concerning the false apostle Paul (which I completely agree with by the way) and was very impressed by your professional and loving responses to people who disagreed with you. So, indeed, I am very taken aback by your un-professional and childish response to me.
You're right, I don't know a lot about candle burning these days. But I am not completely uneducated about it. There was a time when I did know a little bit about this kind of thing, however, now I CHOOSE to be uneducated about it.
When I was a teenager I was very much into candle burning (regarding colors of candles for various outcomes, etc.). I also used tarot cards, numerology , astrology, and witchcraft, etc.
When I was 21 years old God began to deal with me about these things. He began to show me that this was not His will for my life. That in fact, these things were an abomination to Him. As He says in His Word:
DEUTERONOMY 18:10-14
"10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
13 Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.
14 For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do."
So you see, I knew that I had to get these things out of my life if I was to be a child of God. So I ripped all the pages out of the books, and I ripped every single tarot card to shreads. I only wish I'd had a fireplace back then. The whole process would have been so much easier.
So yes, I'm certain that you probably do know more about candle burning than I do. I am indeed uneducated about these things now...by CHOICE.

I believe that just as "followers" of Yahshua who believe the Pauline doctrines are deceived, so also are those who follow Kabbala.
I will get a Hebrew Bible, the Tanakh, consisting of the Torah, the Nevi'im and the Ketuvim, the true writings of Yahweh through His true prophets.
But I will not get the talmud, as it is full of the man made traditions that Yahshua rebuked the Pharisees for.

I burn a candle and the fire was most of the time steady, there was time when it raised itself and kinda danced and then lowered again. Then occassionally, a few pops happened.
I havent had a candle that failed to burn to completion ( unless I snuffed it out, or the wick ran out before all the wax were burnt off ), but I noticed the wick of a few coiled itself, which usually gives very thick, strong flame. What does it probably mean, may I ask ?
I been burning a seperation candle (now on my 3rd candle) for my boyfriend and his wife and the flames have been high in the last 2 & low in the first. The 2nd candle the top of the glass cracked & broke off. On this 3rd candle the flame is a steady high none moving flame. About many of these black seperation candle do i need to burn before i see my results of her leaving and divorcing him.

I am currently burning a White Candle (for Love, Light and Blessings to All).. several times during it's burning, the flame is quite high, however, it keeps making a 'hissing sound. And when it does, I actually 'jump' as I am concentrating on other things... quite loud hissing noises. I could only find what it meant when the candle 'crackles' though. I would appreciate very much for your information on this.. thankyou for your time.

I have heard that if the candle makes noise as it burns, such as hissing or sizzling, it means an entity is around. (spirit, angel, or ghost) and wants to communicate. Hope that helps

Thanx so much for replying. And yes, this makes perfect sense to me.. I know there is a man here, he's been here for weeks now. I know when he is around bcoz I smell smoke, like smoke that's been in clothes for a while... smoke from an actual fire. He is a calm man, very passive.. I feel comfortable around him and I know within, that he does not want to harm me in anyway. I just don't know 'why' he has come to me. I guess I will find out.

I wrote down all the details. I am going to try this. I deal with other things though. Spirits visit me often but one actually touched me last week. I did not like it at all. I realized my gift back in Oct. of 1986. It was on the 4th,5th and 6th. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I was taken down the road of black magic. Trust me you do not want to know all the details.
